Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $200. Please note that your subtotal must be $200 without shipping, insurance and tax to qualify.

Kimera Chems ships orders via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail, with most deliveries taking 2-6 days.

If your package hasn’t arrived within 12 days or your tracking information is showing an issue, please contact us.

Our standard policy is that orders over $400 require a signature upon delivery. If you prefer not to use this feature, please leave a note during checkout. Note that once this signature required is removed, Kimera Chems will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages.

We will promptly notify you in the event that your package is returned to us as undeliverable. You will be invoiced for shipping costs to reattempt delivery. We cannot issue refunds or cancel orders in such cases. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses or packages left unclaimed at the post office.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a tracking number and also tracking updates that can be monitored on the our website. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to update. You can track your order with the tracking number provided with your order at UPS.com or USPS.com

We are aware that certain packages addressed by UPS and USPS frequently experience transportation delays or, worse yet, are actually lost in transit.

Kimera Chems ships out Monday – Friday except on mail courier recognized holidays. We also do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Banks and credit card companies like to verify as much information as possible with customers so that they can prevent fraudulent activity. Adding this extra piece of info is simply a security measure for your safety. We’ll never use your phone number for marketing reasons.

Yes, at our discretion. Refunds normally take three to five business days to process, depending on the bank.

Please be advised that processing times may occasionally be longer for third-party banking or money apps. Rest assured that you will receive your refund, just be patient until it is processed.

If our products are stored in a cool and dry place, out of direct sunlight, they will generally last up to three years or more.

We will never send you a product that is nearing its expiration.

This is normal and happens sometimes. There are some compounds that crystalize during shipping, especially in the winter time when temperatures drop. The compounds are pretty high dosed and this can happen.

Some products require heat to return to the proper viscosity. If you don’t have special heating equipment, you can use a glass stove top. You will need to heat the stove about 40% power. Place the bottle on the stove top until it’s pretty hot. You will want to shake periodically until the crystals have dissolved. Then you can proceed after the bottle has cooled down, open the childproof twist lid so that the air can escape and close again. Store at room temperature and do not refrigerate. If you have any issues, please get in contact with us. Some compounds have a milky viscosity and do not need to be heated up. Just shake those well before use. If you are uncertain about the Crystallization of products or whether it needs to be heated up contact us at help@kimerachems.co

Aminos are stored at room temperature.

Do not attempt to store them in a refrigerator or cold environment, this can cause the ingredients to crash and fall out of suspension. We are not responsible for improper storage of your product.

Shipping Insurance covers lost or damaged items in transit, this does not cover theft or if you entered your wrong shipping address. If your package is damaged or loss please send us an email at help@kimerachems.co to start a claim. Note: lost packages are covered after 20 days after ship date, this is our shipping insurance company policy. We have no control over this.
