These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) and Kimera Chems LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Kimera Chems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of kimerachems.co (the “Website”) and any purchases made through it.
BY ACCESSING THE WEBSITE, CREATING AN ACCOUNT, CHECKING THE TERMS ACCEPTANCE BOX AT CHECKOUT, OR PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AFFIRMATIVELY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL POLICIES INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.
If you do not agree, you may not use the Website or place an order.
These Terms are entered into in the State of Georgia.
These Terms are read alongside our Terms of Sale, Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy, Intended-Use Attestation, and Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to access or use this Website or purchase any products. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

6. Social Media License
By tagging Kimera Chems or using hashtags associated with our brand, you grant Kimera Chems a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the associated content for marketing and promotional purposes.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Website to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Commit fraud or chargeback abuse
- Misrepresent delivery or fulfillment
- Interfere with Website security or functionality
- Submit false or misleading claims
Violations may result in termination of access and refusal of service.
8. Product Nature & Intended Use
All products are sold for laboratory and research purposes only.
Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, diagnosis, or therapeutic use. Any misuse is solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
Every purchase is subject to the representations in our Intended-Use Attestation, which is incorporated by reference.
Any communication indicating prohibited use may result in immediate order cancellation and permanent account termination.
9. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, not acceptance.
Kimera Chems reserves the right to:
- Refuse or cancel orders
- Limit quantities
- Require identity or payment verification
- Cancel orders for suspected fraud, errors, or policy violations
Order acceptance occurs only when the order is shipped and scanned by the carrier. Carrier acceptance scan constitutes proof of shipment and merchant fulfillment.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
By submitting payment information, you authorize Kimera Chems to charge the full amount of your order and to use fraud-prevention tools including AVS, CVV, IP, and device verification.
11. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Insurance
Shipping, delivery timelines, insurance coverage, documentation requirements, and signature requirements are governed by our Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
Risk of loss transfers to the carrier upon carrier acceptance scan.
Carrier tracking records, delivery confirmation, and signature confirmation (when applicable) constitute proof of delivery.
Kimera Chems ships within the United States only unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
12. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned, due to tampering and contamination risk once products leave our control.
Unopened and untampered products may be returned where the return is initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery and authorized by Kimera Chems in advance. Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount; original shipping charges are non-refundable; and return shipping is at the customer’s cost. Returns received without prior authorization, or in opened or tampered condition, will not be refunded.
Kimera Chems does not process direct exchanges.
Outside the return process above, refunds or replacements are issued only in cases of verified fulfillment error or documented quality issue, at our sole discretion, and may require return of the product.
Returns, refunds, cancellations, and shipping claims are governed in full by our Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
13. Third-Party Testing
Requests for independent verification of product identity or purity are governed by Section 13 of our Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy, which is incorporated by reference and sets out the applicable analytical methods, thresholds, laboratory and chain-of-custody requirements, and reimbursement terms.
14. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers experiencing an issue with an order are asked to contact support before initiating a chargeback, so that we have an opportunity to resolve it directly.
Kimera Chems may permanently decline future service to any customer who initiates a chargeback without first attempting resolution through support, and may report the transaction to payment processors and fraud monitoring services.
Kimera Chems reserves the right to submit all available evidence in response to a dispute, including shipment photos, carrier records, signature confirmation, AVS data, IP logs, and transaction metadata.
15. Fraud Prevention
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, abuse, false claims, and chargeback manipulation. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion.
16. California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information for money. 17. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kimera Chems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
19. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Website, or any purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Class Action Waiver. Any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the Website, or any purchase must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff, claimant, or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. You and Kimera Chems each waive any right to participate in or recover through a class, collective, or representative action, and each waive any right to serve as a class representative or in any representative capacity. No court may consolidate the claims of more than one person without the written consent of both parties.
If the Class Action Waiver above is held unenforceable in whole or in part, that holding shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of this Section, including the governing law, jurisdiction, and venue provisions, which shall continue in full force.
20. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
21. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force. These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Kimera Chems.
