Wholesale and Bulk Supply
Wholesale is handled by KCA Supply, the trade name of KC Analytics, LLC. KCA Supply is a separate company from Kimera Chems, with its own account application, agreements, and terms.
Accounts are opened for verified business buyers purchasing research-use-only materials in volume: resellers, contract manufacturers and formulators, independent testing laboratories, and academic or institutional research facilities.
If you are buying for your own research in normal quantities, you do not need a wholesale account. Order from the Kimera Chems catalog instead.
What to Expect
Minimum order: $2,000 USD per order.
Lead time: 4 to 12 weeks, depending on raw material availability, manufacturing backlog, and demand. Wholesale is not a same-week supply channel.
Payment: wire transfer, ACH, check, or cryptocurrency. Net terms are not offered without a separate written credit agreement.
Documentation: lot-specific certificates of analysis are provided with wholesale lots, and invoices can be issued in your company name for procurement.
Verification first: pricing materials are released only after your business is verified, and an order can be accepted only once the Wholesale Buyer Terms have been signed. Price sheets are watermarked to the receiving buyer.
Research use only: all materials are sold for laboratory and research use. They are not pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food, or medical devices, are not produced under cGMP for finished pharmaceutical or supplement applications, and are not sterile unless explicitly labeled as such. Buyers may not market or resell them for human or veterinary use.
How to Open an Account
1. Sign the mutual non-disclosure agreement. It runs in both directions and is required before pricing materials are released. Sign it at the NDA form.
2. Complete the account application. Start it at the wholesale account application. Have your EIN and formation details ready, along with your IRS Form W-9 (or W-8BEN-E for foreign entities), Certificate of Formation, and a Certificate of Good Standing dated within the last 12 months. Applications missing required attachments are held rather than reviewed.
3. Verification. KCA Supply verifies the entity, its principals, and its public-facing channels. Approval is at KCA Supply’s sole discretion, and any application or order may be declined.
4. Sign the Wholesale Buyer Terms. Once verification is complete, the supply agreement is executed and your account number is issued. The agreement takes effect when KCA Supply countersigns it.
