Every application is reviewed by our team before an account is approved — typically within one business day.

Before you apply

Have the following ready. The application takes about five minutes to complete.

• Your full legal name, email address, and phone number
• Your date of birth — you must be 21 or older
• A complete shipping and billing address in the United States or a U.S. territory
• If you are applying on behalf of a business, university, or institution: the organization name, your role or title, and your field of research
• A description of your research: what you are studying and the subject or model it uses, for example in-vitro, a cell line, or an animal model

Who can hold an account

To be approved, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
• Be acquiring products solely for lawful laboratory, analytical, educational, or research purposes
• Provide accurate identifying and contact information
• Accept our Intended-Use Attestation, Terms of Sale, and Privacy Policy

We ship to the United States and U.S. territories only.

What happens after you apply

1. You submit your application. Your account is created in a pending status and you will receive a confirmation email right away.
2. We review it. Our team verifies the information you have provided. This usually takes one business day. If we need anything further, we will email you.
3. You are approved. You will receive an email confirming your account is active, and you can then sign in to browse the full catalog, view pricing, and place orders.

Submitting an application does not create a purchasing account. You will not be able to view pricing or place an order until your account has been reviewed and approved.
