Shipping Times

Our packages usually reach the courier within 1-2 business days, and we calculate delivery time estimates based on business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days. After the courier scans your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Occasionally, this process may take an additional business day. Please check your spam folder or email us at help@kimerachems.co if you haven’t received your tracking number.

After processing your order, we entrust your package to these trusted carriers for delivery. While we diligently monitor the shipping process from our end, it’s important to note that once the package leaves our warehouse, we have no direct control over its journey.

To give you peace of mind and keep you informed, we recommend closely monitoring the USPS and UPS  websites for updates on the status of your order. These platforms will provide you with real-time tracking information, allowing you to stay updated on the progress of your package.

In the rare instance that you suspect your package may be lost or experiencing an unexpected delay, we advise reaching out to the respective carrier’s customer service. USPS and UPS have dedicated support teams who can assist you with any concerns regarding the delivery of your package. By directly contacting them, you can receive the most accurate and up-to-date information, ensuring a swift resolution to any potential issues.

SHIPPING INSURANCE 

We offer shipping insurance on every order. This covers your package if it is lost or damaged in transit. For damaged packages, please reach out so that we can file a claim. For lost packages, we allow 18 days after the courier pick-up date before we can file for a lost package.

Theft is not covered by shipping insurance, nor does Kimera Chems cover theft. If you live in a high theft neighborhood or apartment complex, we implore you to choose USPS at checkout to ensure the safer delivery of your order.

Packages are reshipped once the claim is approved.

Returns, exchanges or refunds:

We do not accept exchanges or returns. Due to the nature of tampering that can happen with the product out of our control all sales are final. Please make sure when placing your order that it is accurate and correct. If you need to make adjustments to your order prior to shipping then please send us a message at help@kimerachems.co.

If your product is in unsatisfactory quality when it arrives, then please send us pictures of the item showing the state that it arrived in. If you do not wish to receive a replacement for the item then we will initiate a refund at our discretion if we deem it to be necessary.

Chargebacks:

We take Chargebacks seriously, if you initiate a chargeback you will not be able to place any future orders until it has been reconciled plus a 35$ fee for initiating a chargeback.

 

This includes a ban not only from kimerachems.co but also from other online vendors. Additionally, all information associated with the order will be banned. We also reserve the right to share these details with other online vendors to collectively protect their businesses and ours from scammers.

Customer Policy:

We hold a firm zero-tolerance stance towards scammers and testers.

Testing Our Products:

If You Decide To Have Our Products Tested By A 3rd Party And Your Product You Purchased Comes Back Under 97% Purity, 10% under concentration label weight we will pay for the testing and issue a refund on your product, offer store credit or replacement of the item. Please be aware that certain items have a yield based on the compound. This means that if the label calls for 50mg but tests at 25mg per the yield of the compound, this does not qualify for a refund or payment of the test. This only applies to certain compounds and does not apply to all. The 3rd party lab used needs to be accredited, and we need to be able to verify the testing with them.

Missing Items:

If you discover a product missing from your order, please contact us and provide the necessary details within 3 days of delivery.

Upon verifying the legitimacy of your claim, we will promptly dispatch the missing item to you.

Documentation and Fraud Prevention:

To maintain transparency and counter fraudulent claims, we may photograph your shipment with your shipping label to counter fraudulent claims of missing items. Some orders based on value will be signature required for delivery.
