Request a return authorization for an order you no longer want. Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery, and products must be unopened and untampered with all original packaging, seals, and labeling intact. A small number of discontinued products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Approved returns are issued as store credit only — not refunded to your original payment method. A 15% restocking fee is deducted from the credit, original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping with tracking is at your cost.

Do not ship anything until you receive a return authorization (RA) number and the return address by email. Unauthorized returns are not credited. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or with items missing, use the Shipping Claim form instead.

By purchasing these products, the customer agrees to the above. In the event the customer uses, or causes others to use, these products outside of these restrictions, the customer accepts all risk of doing so, absolves Kimera Chems of any responsibility for such actions, and agrees to indemnify and hold Kimera Chems harmless against any third-party claims arising from them.
