Kimera does not run its own laboratory. Analytical work goes to independent third parties, and the network includes a laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 by A2LA, a standard that measures testing competence rather than quality management. That accreditation is listed in A2LA’s public directory, so you can confirm it without asking us for anything.
Identity comes from mass spectrometry, structure from NMR, purity from HPLC, and net content from CHN elemental analysis. What each method proves, and where each one stops, is set out in full.
Why the catalog is gated
Pricing and ordering are not public. An account is reviewed by a person before it is approved, and until then you will not see prices or be able to place an order. That is deliberate rather than a growth tactic: these are research-use-only materials, and the attestation you sign at application is what keeps the catalog in front of the audience it is meant for.
It also means the honest first step is an application, not a purchase. Nobody buys from Kimera on their first visit.

How applying works
Step one
You apply
About five minutes. Have your legal name, date of birth, a US shipping address, and a short description of your intended research use ready. If you are applying for an institution, its name and your role.
Step two
We review it
A person checks the application, usually within one business day. Your account sits in a pending state until then, and we email you if anything further is needed.
Step three
You are approved
You get an email confirming the account is active. Sign in and the full catalog, pricing and ordering are available.
You must be 21 or older, acquiring solely for lawful laboratory, analytical, educational or research purposes, and shipping to the United States or a US territory. Approval requires accepting the Intended-Use Attestation, Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy.
Before you hand over your details
An application asks for your name, date of birth and address. That is a reasonable thing to hesitate over, so here is what can be checked independently.
- The company. Kimera Chems LLC, a US-based research-use-only supplier shipping domestically. Background and a note from the founder are on the about page.
- The evidence. The COA archive is public and needs no account. Read it before you apply, not after.
- The accreditation. A laboratory in the testing network holds ISO/IEC 17025 from A2LA, verifiable in A2LA’s own public directory.
- The reviews. The Trustpilot profile is claimed, and critical reviews are answered rather than buried.
- The terms. Fulfilment, delivery, returns and disputes are set out in the shipping, refunds and returns policy.
- The questions. Common ones are collected on the FAQ page, and anything else goes to support.
